Lydia Gong

Lydia Gong is the newest member of the PPS Staff, having joined our team in the Fall of 2022. Lydia is a human resources and operations guru who decided to step away from corporate culture for more meaningful work. Her heart landed at PPS where she loves helping women and families. She’s bilingual Spanish and a mom of three with a background in psychology. We pulled the brass ring in hiring Lydia and expanding our dream team. She works directly with families, supporting Flora is the office, and as our Operations Manger, helping to fine tune our systems.
