Flora Bolivar

Flora Bolivar is a dedicated, long-time employee, having been with PPS since 2014. Flora wears multiple hats, serving as the Office Manager, Family Doula, and Car Seat Technician. Flora is a native to San Luis Obispo County, is bilingual and bicultural, and has worked for local nonprofit organizations for 20 years. Flora received PPS services as a client many years ago, when she was a young mother needing support. Her personal experience lends her the ability to demonstrate a high level of compassion toward the people we serve. She excels at connecting with families and collaborating with partnering agencies.
